Adding on to a home is usually more economical than moving, especially when you love your land, your neighbors, and your school district. We build room additions, primary suites, expanded kitchens and living areas, garage conversions, and covered patios and outdoor kitchens throughout the Lindale and Tyler area.

The hardest part of an addition is where it meets the existing house. Foundations have to be tied together, rooflines have to intersect in a way that sheds water instead of trapping it, and interior transitions have to line up so the new space feels original rather than bolted on. Because we are roofers, that roof intersection, the single most leak-prone detail in any addition, is handled by people who do it every week.

We manage the project end to end: design coordination, permits and inspections, foundation, framing, roofing, mechanical and electrical coordination, insulation, drywall, and finish carpentry. One contract, one point of contact, one company accountable for the result.

We will also talk you out of a bad idea. If the layout you are imagining will create an awkward flow or an expensive structural problem, we would rather have that conversation before the slab is poured.
