Low-slope and flat roofs fail in ways pitched roofs never do. Water does not run off, it sits and looks for a seam, so the quality of the membrane, the seam welding, the flashing at every curb and drain, and the slope built into the insulation determine whether the roof performs for twenty years or leaks in three.

TPO is our most requested flat roofing system for East Texas commercial buildings. The white reflective membrane pushes a substantial amount of heat off the building, which shows up directly on summer cooling bills, and heat-welded seams create a continuous, monolithic surface rather than relying on adhesive that degrades. We also work with modified bitumen and EPDM where those systems fit the building better.

Before we quote anything, we survey the roof: we core or probe for saturated insulation, check every penetration, evaluate drainage and ponding areas, and inspect the parapet and edge metal. A quote written without that survey is a guess, and guesses are how building owners end up paying twice.
